About Me

My name is Vijay Prakash Pandey. I am making possible from impossible since four decades. I have 18+ years of Software Industry Experience including 8 Years in Mobile App Leading and Development 


I love applying design principles and software architecture patterns for project aligned to me and believe me, it helps me to keep my technical skills rejuvenated with new ideas and allow me to set technical standards, tools, techniques and processes; and mentor team members to ensure consistency across organization.

I find myself accountable to provide a quality in my work and believe me , I am very committed for it. I participate in project planning activities through estimation, identification of integration points, technical risks and mitigations. I raise my voice and concerns during review technical designs and provide guidance to project members and engineers on technical as well as architectural design decisions. I keep monitoring the progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design, and in terms of quality, security, maintainability, and scalability etc. I keep myself and my team highly motivated during each phase of development.

Technology keeps on changing periodically and this reminds me always to have a LEARNING MINDSET. So, I spend my time wisely.

• Evaluate and research in further investigation which technologies seem to be growing into greater mind share among skilled programmers,
